Currently, we accept payments via credit card and bank transfer only. Depending on your credit card provider and issuing country, additional fees may apply beyond the invoiced amount.

Yes, we do! We can assist in sourcing items from physical stores and online shops in Japan. Service fees may vary slightly depending on the purchase method, but our pricing is clear and transparent.
If the store can ship the item overseas but only accepts Japanese credit cards, we can handle the transaction on your behalf. Similarly, if the store only ships within Japan, we will receive the item first and arrange international shipping to you.

Please make sure that any items purchased can be legally imported into your destination country. WISHLIST will not be responsible for any orders seized by customs/law enforcement.

Yes. WISHLIST will not handle customs & import related tariffs.

We will provide a quotation, and upon your agreement, we will send a DocuSign agreement along with a payment link. If the item has already been purchased in full or is still being sourced, a handling fee will apply. Please note that payments made and handling fees are non-refundable.
If the desired item is unavailable through official channels or the official seller is no longer active, we will search for resellers. If the item still cannot be sourced, the handling fee can be applied to other purchases.

We offer a wide variety of shipping methods, based on the country. If you have a specific shipping method, please let us and we will use it! Our queuing fee starts at 3,000 JPY per hour. If the item quantity is large and requires the use of a taxi for transportation, additional taxi fees will also be charged.
