We will ship your items via the shipping service of your choice, provided that the company ships from Tokyo to your destination. Alternatively, please consult our trained Shopping Experts for the best shipping mode to your destination. We recommend using either DHL Express or EMS (Japan Post). Returns, Exchanges, & Warranties
We do not facilitate returns and exchanges. All items will be insured and the insurance conditions will be dependant on the chosen shipping method. Any damages/ losses to items during transit will be the responsibility of the shipping provider in accordance with their terms and conditions.
Warranties will be valid according to item manufacturers. wishlist cannot guarantee that the warranty will be valid outside of Japan. Please consult our Shopping Experts for more information, or to confirm the validity of the warranty prior to purchase.
