These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services. By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
WISHLIST, and its parent company JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR CO., Ltd. reserve the right to reject any request without reason.
WISHLIST cannot guarantee availability of items, and will not be held liable for any damages resulting from unavailability of requested items.
WISHLIST will cannot guarantee final pricing (including shipping) until the time of purchase, due to fluctuating exchange rates, market instability and forces beyond its control.
WISHLIST will notify customers in writing of the final purchase price and shipping prior to charging the amount to the provided payment method. No charges shall be made without written permission by WISHLIST or its parent company, JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR CO., Ltd.
WISHLIST will authorize, but not charge a suitable amount to cover the charges for the item, service fees and shipping fees, to be agreed upon by the customer and WISHLIST once WISHLIST has accepted an order, prior to obtaining the final pricing of the item.
The customer bears sole responsibility for paying any customs fees, import duty and/ or any other fees levied by outside parties following the shipment of the item by WISHLIST. WISHLIST will not be liable from any damages/ losses incurred by these fees or their non-payment by the customer.
The complete payment, as listed on the invoice provided to the customer, will be deducted from the customer’s card prior to shipment of the item. No shipments will be made until the payment clears.
WISHLIST bears no responsibility for any damages/ losses to items incurred during transit. All items will be shipped using an insured mode of transport when available, and the customer is to deal with the shipping company directly when claiming any damages/ reparations.
WISHLIST is not responsible for the validity of any warranties on items, which are provided solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
