Are we required to have a WISHLIST Subscription to place an order?
No, if you're not ready to commit to our Subscription Plan, you can always try our one-time purchase plan. Click here for more details on the one-time purchase plan.
Is there a minimum/ maximum item limit?
There is no minimum or maximum item limit. However, please note that we will charge an additional 5% fee for items worth more than ¥250,000.
Do you have any volume discount?
While we do not offer any volume discounts to our service fee, orders containing a certain number of items may qualify for wholesale prices from the Japanese retailers. In such cases, we will transfer any savings to you.
Can we purchase items that are not shown in the website?
Absolutely! Please contact us through email, LINE official, or Instagram and one of our Shopping Expert will get back to you. See our shopping guidance here.
Are your services taxed?
While the prices we quote for items are inclusive of the 10% consumption tax, we will not charge taxes on our service fees.
Can I pay using (payment method)?
At present we only accept credit cards and bank transfer. Credit card fees will be charged on top of the invoiced amount.
Do you forward items from Japanese online stores?
Yes! We can source items both through physical stores and online stores within Japan. The service fees will vary a bit based on the mode of purchase, but our pricing structure is very transparent.
Can I buy any item through WISHLIST?
Please make sure that any items purchased can be legally imported into your destination country. WISHLIST will not be responsible for any orders which are seized by customs/ law-enforcement.
Will I be responsible for custom duties upon receipts of my shipments?
Yes. WISHLIST will not handle customs & import related tariffs.
If i wish to terminate the contract, will I have to pay any penalties?
Your card will be authorized for an estimated amount which can cover all service, item and shipping charges. If you terminate the contract after this happens, we will charge you for any incurred expenses and our service fee. If the item has already been purchased, you will be liable for the full cost of the item.
Do you purchase the products using tax free option?
Unfortunately, we cannot purchase products using the tax free option available to tourists.
How do you ship items?
We offer a wide variety of shipping methods, based on the country. If you have a specific shipping method, please let us and we will use it! Otherwise, you can let our Shopping Experts select the best shipping method for you! For more information regarding shipping and returns, please click here.
How is the hourly queuing fee calculated in the event that the queuing does not take a complete hour?
In this case, if the wait-time is less than 30 minutes, half of the hourly queuing fee (1.500JPY) will be charged. Anything over 30 minutes will incur the full hourly queuing fee (3.000JPY).
