Step 1: SUBSCRIBE TO OUR SHOPPING PLAN
Pick one of our subscription plan that suits you the best to start shopping right away.
10,000 JPY deposit for ONE-TIME Plan is non-refundable.
Above price does not include item cost, queuing fee (if applicable), shipping and/or duty fee, and 4% credit card fees.
We will charge an additional 5% fee for items worth more than 250,000 JPY.

Step 2: PLACE YOUR ORDERS

Step 3: PAYMENT
You pay all the shipping & custom fees with American Express, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, or Visa. We do all the packing, paperwork and documentation. Please note that all online payment with credit cards will incur a processing fee of 4% paid for by the client.
Step 4: DELIVERY
We will ship your items using a shipping service of your choice, provided that the company ships from Tokyo, to your destination (DHL Express or EMS).
